redfloornu began as a working outside broadcast crew before becoming a dedicated training provider for the UK's live production industry.
From outside broadcast trucks to a full training studio.
redfloornu was founded by a crew of vision mixers, technical directors and floor managers who spent years covering sport, entertainment and news broadcasts across the UK. We built our own studio and control rooms so new operators could learn on the same equipment used on real productions, rather than in a lecture hall.
Today we run dedicated pathways for vision mixing, live direction, real-time operation and streaming production management, working with broadcasters and independent production companies across the country to place graduates directly into gallery roles.
